Sponsorship Eligibility:
To be considered for sponsorship, your organization must meet specific criteria that ensure alignment with our values.
Our team will carefully review all sponsorship requests, and if approved, we'll provide our dealership logo for use in your event's promotion materials and resources.
Promotional Requirements:
Our support must be visible in all promotional materials, including displaying our logo on any banners, fliers, and other event-specific marketing tools. To maintain transparency and fulfill our cooperative advertising agreements, you must submit visual proof, such as photographs or screenshots, showcasing our logo.
Digital and Social Media Presence:
Our logo must appear prominently in any online promotion, including your organization's website and social media platforms. You must provide screenshots of your channels showing our logo to validate the sponsorship. These images help us ensure that our involvement in your event is recognized and beneficial to the community.
Sponsorship Levels and Benefits:
If your request includes multiple sponsorship levels with corresponding promotional benefits, we will require proof of the fulfillment of each benefit. For example, a Platinum sponsor will receive Our Logo on Jumbotron, a banner in the outfield, on the website, in social media shout-outs (like Instagram and Facebook), and an ad in your event program. Without these, Andean Chevrolet cannot collect the Co-op funds that allow us to support organizations and sponsorships like yours.
Commitment to Accountability:
Following these guidelines allows us to continue our tradition of supporting meaningful causes. Your cooperation is essential and allows us to receive the necessary cooperative advertising funds to make these sponsorships possible.
