What's new to the Chevy Corvette Stingray
As it stands, the Chevy Camaro adds a new trim (Z06), discontinues the C8.R edition, and adds a new 70th Anniversary Special Edition. The Chevy Corvette Stingray is otherwise mostly unchanged from the previous model year.

Performance
If it's performance you want, then it's performance you'll get with the new Chevy Corvette Stingray. Regardless of the trim selected, the Chevy Corvette Stingray ensures some serious power. The 1LT base trim comes with a slick 6.2-liter V8 engine that makes 490 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque. This engine works with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. For those drivers that want the most power, there's an optional 5.5-liter V8 engine that makes 670 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. This engine also works with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Other notable standard performance features include Brembo brakes, limited-slip differential, and 20-inch rear wheels. It's also worth noting that the 1LZ trim comes with a slew of upgraded performance features. The 1LZ comes with a performance-oriented traction control system, a performance exhaust system, Brembo brakes, magnetically controlled performance adaptive suspension dampers, electronically controlled limited-slip rear differential, and a front splitter/adjustable spoiler. For those interested in maximizing performance, there's an optional Z51 trim, which comes with upgraded Brembo brakes, performance suspension, a performance exhaust, high-performance tires, and a heavy-duty cooling system.

While the Chevy Corvette Stingray is performance forward, that doesn't mean it skimps on the tech side of things. The base 1LT trim provides a robust set of tech features to enjoy, including an 8-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, a 10-speaker Bose audio system, and a digital instrument panel. The 2LT trim improves on the initial 1LT trim by adding a navigation system, a 14-speaker Bose audio system, and a head-up display. The 1LZ comes with a 10-speaker Bose audio system, an 8-inch touchscreen display, and more or less the same features that come with the 2LT.

The Corvette makes it easy to stay comfy while enjoying exhilarating performance thanks to a modern suite of interior comfort and convenience features. The 1LT trim immediately ensures plenty of comfort thanks to keyless entry, push-button start, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and power adjustable leather seats. The 2LT trim adds a heated steering wheel to the mix along with heated/ventilated front seats and a power adjustable driver and passenger seat. The 3LT trim adds premium leather upholstery, plus GT2 sport seats and leather-wrapped interior panels.
